“Sumgait Technologies Park” LLC announces a vacancy of Personal Assistant to Director.
Our company operates in the market since 2012 and is the first and largest Techno-park in the region. STP combines many business units and joint ventures, occupies a worthy place in the local and world market with its products produced under the brand “Made in Azerbaijan”.

- Planning, scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences;
- Ability to prepare minutes and action logs of meetings & conferences;
- Act as the first point of contact and liaison with internal and external customers and visitors;
- Manage and optimize schedule and resolve routine issues on Director’s behalf;
- Host the Director's guests and visitors;
- Management of internal and external document flow;
- Manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, hire car, visas etc.) and prepare detailed itineraries;
- Secretarial support with incoming calls, correspondence, preparation of letters, questionnaires, reports and other documents.
The ideal candidate for us should:
- Have a University degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in an international organization;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages, both written and verbal;
- Have strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Proficient in MS Office programs;
- Have established work ethics and strong behavioral skills.
